Quality Policy 



Singular Aircraft, S.L. was founded by Mr. Luis Carrillo Lostao with the aim of providing a solution for pilots who permanently put their lives at risk during aerial operations.

The early focus was on firefighting, but after the first designs and tests, the Singular Aircraft team saw the great potential that an unmanned system could offer in other fields of traditional aviation, such as the transport of solid or liquid goods, surveillance, and agricultural work.

At Singular Aircraft, we face the future with optimism, motivated by the results achieved, and continue working toward the goal of making our unmanned systems the leading UAV in the market.

 

The activity that Singular Aircraft considers compliant with the quality requirements of the International Standard UNE-EN 9100:2018 is:

Design and production of unmanned aerial systems (UAS).

The Policy statement establishes the following guiding principles:

  1. Based on the strategic guidelines defined in the context analysis carried out, to define the company's objectives, which have been communicated at all levels of our structure.
  2. To implement quality indicators and monitor their progress, enabling us to verify and ensure the product as well as the desired level of quality and safety.
  3. To invest in the research and development of our systems in order to achieve maximum safety, versatility of applications, and competitive pricing.  
  4. To ensure optimal working conditions through the assessment of risks that may arise in our processes, eliminating them whenever possible and mitigating those identified.
  5. To develop ongoing training programs aimed at improving the qualifications of our employees, thereby involving all personnel in achieving the objectives set out in this document.  
  6. To implement continuous improvement of the management system established in the company.
  7. To commit to complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and normative requirements, ensuring that our operations and products are aligned with the expectations and needs of our interested parties, while promoting continuous improvement.  
  8. To commit to fully meeting the needs and expectations of our customers by delivering high-quality products and services, and to continuously improve our quality management system, taking customer feedback into account as a priority for our continuous improvement.  
  9. To foster individual responsibility and the involvement of all personnel.
  10. To integrate order, cleanliness, and operational discipline as part of quality.

Management makes this policy accessible and available to its customers, all of its employees, suppliers, and other interested parties.

 

The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews carried out together with management's reviews of the system, in order to take into account changes in the context. To this end, management provides all the human and technical resources necessary to achieve the objectives and goals that are established on a scheduled and periodic basis.
