Project Management & Technical Office Trainee

The junior Project Management & Technical Officer will collaborate with engineering and project management teams in operational monitoring, technical documentation, and planning activities related to the development of UAS systems. Under the supervision of senior profiles, they will support tasks such as planning, task control, document coding, KPI analysis, and preparation of technical deliverables. This training role allows for a comprehensive understanding of coordination between technical areas, resource management, and development methodologies in R&D environments.
The position is designed for students or recent graduates who wish to develop in the field of technical project management, with an interest in combining the organizational aspect with the understanding of complex technological systems.
Responsibilities
- Support in the planning and monitoring of projects (schedules, KPIs, deliverables).
- Collaborate in the preparation of technical documentation: plans, procedures, manuals.
- Support in the collection and analysis of production, quality, and logistics data.
- Provide support in the update of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
- Participate in project meetings, generate minutes, and control actions.
- Maintain document and requirements traceability.
- Support the technical team in administrative and coordination tasks.
Must have
- Final year student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace, Organization, or similar.
- No prior experience is required, but having completed internships in industrial or technical environments is valued.
- Basic knowledge in project management (Odoo, Agile, etc.).
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and diagrams.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate level of CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and/or document management.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and logistics.
Desirable
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, MS Project, Odoo, or similar.
- B2 level or higher in English.
- Interest in the aerospace, technology, or defense sector.
- Supplementary training in quality, lean manufacturing, or Agile methodologies.
