Applicable conditions
- Carry out the work and/or product as agreed in the contract or purchase order.
- Meet all requirements specified in drawings, specifications and/or documentation provided, performing the work in accordance with the applicable technical standards.
- Meet the agreed deadlines.
- Not subcontract the performance of the contracted services to a third party without prior notice and authorisation from SINGULAR AIRCRAFT, S.L.
- Have human resources with the appropriate experience, as well as documentation proving it.
- All personnel shall be trained in the instructions, policies and requirements provided by the client.
- Provide the means necessary to carry out the work when so established.
- Immediately inform SINGULAR AIRCRAFT, S.L. of any circumstance that alters the work schedule, delivery deadlines or quality of the work.
- Be up to date with tax obligations, Social Security, its own workers and third parties.
- Perform verification and establish appropriate quality controls that ensure the conformity of the product or service.
- Properly comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality of any information accessed, accepting the NDA and complying with applicable Data Protection legislation.
- The material to be supplied shall be new unless otherwise agreed, with a minimum shelf life of 6 months where this is limited.
- The client, NQAR (military authority) or civil authorities shall have the right of access to all facilities involved for inspection and quality audits.
- Keep test, inspection and control documentation of the final product on file for a minimum of 10 years.
- Comply with applicable environmental requirements.

Supplier requirements
- Implement a quality management system.
- Use external suppliers approved or designated by the client, including sources for special processes.
- Report non-conforming processes, products or services and obtain approval for their supply.
- Prevent the use of counterfeit parts (see 8.1.4 of the 9100 standard).
- Report changes in processes, products, services, suppliers or production location, and obtain approval.
- Retain documented information, including retention and disposal periods and requirements.
If, due to your company’s circumstances, you cannot meet the above requirements, notify us immediately so we can find the most suitable solution for both parties. These terms are valid indefinitely unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
